Total War: Warhammer III

When you defeat a garrison of a settlement, you have the option to raze the settlement (usually the rightmost option). This will completely destroy it. As such, it is most often not a good choice. Unless you are the Exiles of Khorne, in which case it will be your prefered choice. So simply choose them and you will get it without having to go out of your way.
