Total War: Warhammer III

This is the last realm you should visit, as it is easy to not have to fight at all. Just make sure your lords army has something that increases their movement and you should always be able to reach the next tier through march stance. Even if there are enemy armies seemingly standing on top of the portal, there has, for me at least, always been enough of the area of the portal outside the enemy's zone of control, to simply port away without a fight.
You can autoresolve the final battle, I never lost troops even then.
