This realm is very simple. All you have to do is fight a couple of armies in the realm, filling your blood gauge and then go to the citadel in the middle, fighting another battle there.
The enemy armies do quite a bit of damage in auto battle, so I recommend fighting the battles yourself. Since most enemy armies are not mixed and not full stack, you can often times easily maneuver around them, as long as you have any range attackers.
I recommend doing this as the third soul. It is quickly done overall and even when I didn't play it optimally, the AI never came close to beating me to the punch (as opposed to Tzeentch's realm). Just go into encamp stance close to an enemy army, let them attack you, beat them and you already get a bit of recovery in, before moving to the next enemy.
