Do this in the sandbox mode.
Place 5 Tribal > Mammoths (Mammots is a typo) on the blue side of the map and place 10 Dynasty > Hwacha and then press the back button (
) to play. Sometimes you have to press the back button 2 or 3 times to play the first time.
Keep replaying the match until you get your achievement... or wait until someone nice uploads an achievement battle.

Just place like 25 mammoths and 50 Hwacha.
Get this in one battle, done and done.

I used 30 Hwacha on the left and 20 mammoths on the right. Got this easy achievement on my first attempt.
