The easiest way to get this and all other 'without being defeated' achievements is to download an overpowered custom faction from the workshop.

Make sure you have 'unlock all units in campaign levels' set to 'on' and 'allow mod access' to 'yes' in the gameplay settings. Open the workshop and search for 'achievement cheeser' and download the faction mod by Biervampire[AUT] in the FACTIONS tab. With that installed you'll be unstoppable in every scenario by just placing down a few handfuls of OP Russians.

I found it easiest to deactivate all the other factions in the 'more factions' tab on the hotbar and putting this faction first as it means you always start with the OP Russian right in your hand.

ALSO to pop this achievement you must have the crown visible on every campaign in the menu - if you clear one without being defeated and then go back and replay a level and lose, or just reset after starting the simulation, it will reset the criteria and you'll have to go through all the levels one more time!

NOTE: I completed this on PC and speaking to another player they seemed to be having issues activating the tribe in campaign mode - I hope this isn't the case but it works perfectly on PC.

There is a way on xbox to make it easier but it takes a lot longer and more effort. You can turn on debug mode in the settings, place any random assortment of soldiers such as flag bearers, start it the battle and instantly press X to slow down time, then press right on d-pad a few times to get to the projectile fire mode, change it to super beam and bomb arrow/ballista bolt - and then press down on the d-pad and it will fire a shit ton of the projectile out of the camera you're controlling. So can fly around and kill everything while time is super slowed down. I did this for the introduction campaign before I realised you could get the factions to work on pc. It's a big pain, but if you're unable to use pc, its better than nothing. I did fuck up right at the end when i tried this on the adventure campaign as i didn't slow down time quick enough before the troops i placed get obliterated, so be sure to spread them out and get quite a lot to minimise the chance of failing via them all dying.

I don't believe it is possible on xbox console. I tried for 1-2 hrs and couldn't figure it out, installed it on my ancient laptop, downloaded the faction there, and it simply appears in campaign ready to use.

Okay I got to to work on PC but I only unlocked the achievements for the Introduction campaign. I completed the whole "The Adventure" campaign with OP russian units and I have the trophy icon in all of the battles but I did not unlock even the achievement for completing the campaign...

Sorry for spamming comments but it seems I did unlock the Adventure campaign achievements after all, I just didn't get pop up notifications from them on my PC or on my phone. But my TA profile says I have them... Oh well

I've done this twice - once on PC and once on Console - it does not unlock. Am I doing it right? I have every single trophy on the nine campaign missions. Does it have to all be done in one sitting?

Just scanned now. Have all of the undefeated achievements except this one.
Edit: Nevermind - According to the list, there's several more than what appear in-game.
The last one on my list is the Wild West.
Where are the others located?
Makes me feel better knowing that It's not glitched.

Surprised it isn't mentioned yet but to select the downloaded units on console press Y in the faction select screen to add and remove whatever you need.

This one glitched on me. I unlocked all of the other achievements, which should have unlocked this one. When I tried to figure out what happened, I went to the campaign selection screen and saw that the Legacy campaign didn’t have the white trophy icon next to it. I had to replay that one without defeat, and fortunately this popped.

Just to note for anyone going for this achievement. If at some point during your run through a campaign, you're about to lose. Just pause, and go to main menu. The game doesn't register that as a loss, and you can start the fight over without having to start the WHOLE campaign over. This has saved me a few times when I was near the end of a few campaigns so far.

One question.If I did 3 campaigns without being defeated and messed up once in the 4th one,do I have just to replay all the levels from the 4th campaign or do I have to replay EVERY LEVEL from every campaign all over again?

Just to clarify:
-You can beat the campaigns in any order.
-You do not need to beat every single level in one sitting.
-As long as you finish with each campaign having a star, you get this achievement. (So you could beat 11 campaigns perfectly, lose in the 12th campaign, restart the 12th, and once you beat the 12th without dying it counts for this achievement.)

You can literally just pause the game, go back to the main menu, and restart the same level, and it doesn't reset the previous no-death levels..

I downloaded the OP Russian guys and then used them to blast through the campaigns. However I noticed that half the time the trophy to say you have done it without losing wouldn't appear.

The worse one was I did the whole of adventure 6 pages and forgot to keep checking and had to re do almost the whole 6 pages.

Worked when manually selecting a specific mission and carrying on from there I found.
