Go into any battle at all, choose the weakest and cheapest unit you can (for example the clubman) and then with only that one unit start the battle. It will also be quicker if you place your unit as close to the enemies as possible. Repeat 10 times.
Edit: This has to be done on any CAMPAIGN mission. I accidentally only implied this in my original solution. This cannot be done in sandbox.

Apparently this has to be done in campaign. It didn't unlock for me in sandbox

Campaign - The Introduction - 'Spears' level - put one clubber right next to the dividing line in the middle, opposite the lower group of Spear throwers on the other team.
Press Menu to start battle, takes 5 seconds as your clubber walks towards the enemy spear throwers and gets speared instantly. Press Menu to reset, press Meny again to restart the battle - repeat ten times, takes about a minute total.
