Easiest way I found was to go workshop and download the campaign level Master Musketeer Achievement
Then to go to custom content, go to campaign levels and press
to switch to downloaded content and play the campaign all the way through

Probably best to give a heads up and play as the musketeer as this can fail the level by itself. After playing as the musketeer I found it worked far better.

The easiest place I found to do this was in The Adventure - Final Destination Bonemage.
Just select the musketeer from under the Renaissance tab and place it across from the bonemage. Play the battle and the musketeer should shoot the mage before it does any attack. After winning and advancing to the next mission just select the mission selection indicator in the top right and select the prior level again to repeat.
Note:
I had all units unlocked via the settings.
Settings->Gameplay->Unlock all units in campaign levels->On
