So it does look like there is a faster way to get this if you download a campaign that has a tank in it for a quick win.
From the main menu:
Workshop->Browse->RB to campaigns -> Use the search bar and enter 'tank'->Select 'Tank you - Clergy Achievement' by MRcoleEXTREME->Download the file
Go back to the main menu:
Select Custom Content->RB to campaign-> Select the tank campaign just downloaded and run it.
The achievement should pop

I was able to get this on The Adventure->All The Potions
You will need the tank unlocked which you can do by finding it on the Legacy map using the following video.
Once you have the tank unlocked you will need to enable use all units in campaign
Settings->Gameplay->Unlock all units in campaign levels->On
Place the tank and kill all the potion throwers. I found it easier to possess the tank and shoot the far left of the line then run over the rest and shooting once more as needed. It might take a few tries but it is not too hard to get it down.

For me on Xbox, I was also able to get this on Campaign > The Adventure > All The Potions.
I placed the tank on the middle of the bridge, as close to the right as possible, and just let it kill the blue team, and luckily it did it in the required time.
To unlock the tank, it is in the Sandbox > Legacy map, Press Y to fly around, go straight behind the church, then there is a tree stump, go to the left of that, to a small tree with a round top, and then next to that is a small group of conical trees. Underneath the back of these 4 trees, is a tunnel under the ground. Fly the camera close to the ground, and under the edge of the trees, and down the tunnel, then at the end of the tunnel you will see the tank half buried in the soil. Keep you camera focused on it until it goes gold / yellow, and shakes, and it will unlock after a few seconds.

You can also play the tank you campaign from the workshop. Just place the tank start the battle and kill the priest.
