Go to sandbox mode and choose any map. Hold 
, select Wild West and then select the Quick Draw unit. Place it on one side of the battlefield. On the other side, place a straight line of Peasants (under Legacy), or if you haven't unlocked Peasants then use Halflings (under Farmer). Really, any weak low-cost units work fine.
Start the battle with
, then look toward your Quick Draw unit and press 
to possess it. The other team will walk straight toward you in a single file line, and just keep shooting them with 
. Kill as many as you can, then press to end the battle. Rinse and repeat until you shoot and kill 100 units.
