You can also use the wings you get from Windy Butte event. You can ignore the event after activating and keep the wings.

The GASA Research Facility is located on the GASA island in the northwest of the map. Head to the top of the mountain to find the facility and earn this achievement.

You’ll need to visit this location for  Sat-O-Lite as the Gasa Research Facility is where you’ll actually be delivering the Satellite (there are also 5 deliveries within this area, all of which are needed for  Veteran Driver). It can be found in the North Western part of the map (the actual facility is on top of the mountain):



You just need to get both feet inside the research facility and the trophy will unlock (there is a small chance the trophy will unlock when you just step on the island, so by all means try that first).
