My games not unlocked this or mini island but I’ve been there and completed all the deliveries

Either use a plane, helicopter or boat to get the the NE island and just run around the island until Achievement pops

Yeah ... would be nice to only allow a down vote if you can see who left it and they tell you why. Anyhow, your description got me through. :-)

Keister Island is the northeast most island on the map. Head here and land on the island to earn this achievement.

You’ll need to visit this location for  Monkey Motel and  Pirate’s Booty as the banana (for Monkey Motel) and the Pirate Ship (for Pirate’s Booty) you need for those trophies are both located on this island. There are also a few deliveries you'll need to complete for  Veteran Driver here. You can find Keister Island Northeast of Hustle Beach:



You just need to get both feet on the island and the trophy will unlock.
