You unlock the Rocket Booster by getting gold in 30 deliveries. You can track the progress by checking the roof of the HQ, that is where it will spawn once you unlock it.

@Jobbercho your not alone :( It's For Science - Visit Gasa Research, A New Car! - Unlock the Mule, & Go Sports - Bring foam hand to Booster Club Arena (secret) have all done the same thing... I fully deleted my save file "Everywhere", started fresh and it still stays locked. I would not advise deleting you save as it doesn't seem to work just FYI. It also seems to be playing co-op that causes achievements to do this.

Unlocked the rocket booster, but not the achievement. This is the second achievement in this game today to not unlock properly.

Has anyone figured anything out in regards to achievements not popping in this game? I am 24/27 and have completed everything and can't get my last few to unlock.

It has been well over a year since I left a comment on the Discord channel for this game and it feels as though the devs have abandoned this game so I had nothing to lose by deleting my save file yesterday. I played only on local, didn't interact with the DLC I purchased, and completed 30 gold deliveries again to unlock the rocket booster. Fortunately, the achievement unlocked as well as the achievement for completing all other achievements.

To unlock the rocket booster you need 30 gold trophies.

Every vehicle related achievement requires a different amount of a certain type of trophy. To view these requirements you can find signs posted in and around the headquarters that show how many bronze, silver, and gold trophies you need to unlock. The unlock requirement for the rocket booster can be seen on the roof of the headquarters.

To earn trophies you have to complete deliveries. There are some deliveries that need to be completed quickly and there are some that need to be completed with minimal damage to the package. For me it is easier to earn gold trophies on the deliveries that don't require speed, you can take your time and deliver the package safely.

When you earn a trophy, you also earn trophies of the levels below. So if you earn a gold trophy on the first delivery you also win a silver trophy and a bronze trophy. You can only earn each trophy once. You can play a delivery over and over in order to improve your trophy, but if you already have gold it won't count again.

If you are playing in a multiplayer session, the trophy will only unlock for the Host Player. If you are not the Host, the trophy will unlock the next time you join a new game session (either solo or co-op).

To unlock the Rocket Booster, you’ll need to 30 Gold Medals. As soon as you’ve met the requirements, the vehicle will unlock as well as the trophy. It's highly recommended you go for Gold on the deliveries that are not time sensitive and require you to deliver your boxes without damaging them too much ("fragile deliveries"). You can take as long as you want with these so getting Gold on them isn't to terribly difficult.

You can find your unlocked vehicles scattered throughout the map as well as at your Deliveries HQ (when you’re not in an active delivery mission, hit  and select “Respawn at Deliveries HQ”).
