Head over to the Happy Clam Resorts (Island in the bottom right)
There is a tornado moving around the streets.
Go into it and you'll lose your pants and gain this achievement

It popped for Shizblacka, but not the rest of us in the co-op game — it didn't blow our pants off or give us the "skidmark" clothing unlock like it did for him. It worked once DropDeadArtemus and I went into our own games and ran into the tornado.

Same experience as Joe above, host gets the achievement only. If you joined via invite you’ll need to repeat it in your own local game or host it.

Yea it can be buggy with achievements popping for players not hosting. Someone said it popped for 3/4 players in their game lol

Anyone else's bugged? I was playing alone and it happened and the in game achievement thing popped but not the actual achievement. Tried doing it again but nothing

This one bugged on me playing solo as well. I was able to get it to unlock by deleting my save and doing it again. I only noticed it after I unlocked the meta achievement and was still missing gamerscore.

The tornado is found on the Happy Clam Resort island in the southeast part of the map. It follows a path all around the island and shouldn't be too hard to find. Run, jump, fly, or drive into it to lose your pants.

The tornado is found on the Happy Clam Resort island in the southwest part of the map. It follows a path all around the island and shouldn't be too hard to find. Run, jump, fly, or drive into it to lose your pants and earn this achievement.

This trophy will ONLY unlock if you are the Host in a session. If you are not the host, your pants will not fly off in the tornado and the trophy won’t unlock.

Make your way over to Happy Clam Resort:



When you get there, you’ll notice there is a Tornado making its way slowly around the island. Either stand in its path or run right into it and you’ll lose your pants as you fly up into the air. As soon as you’re in your not-so-clean undies, the trophy will unlock.
