Happy Clam Resort is the island in the southeast part of the map. Head here and land on the island to earn this achievement.

You’ll visit this location for the  Tornad-Oh! and  Monkey Motel trophies. The tornado you need to lose your pants in for Torand-Oh and the Banana Motel (for Monkey Motel) are both located on the same island the Happy Clam Resort is on. There are also seven deliveries in general that you'll need to complete here for  Veteran Driver. It's located just Southeast of Cliff County/Downtown:



You just need to get both feet on the resort and the trophy will unlock.
