You will get this while going for the Perfect! achievement, since you need to collect nearly everything anyways. When you enter a new area, take the multipliers before taking other pickups to maximize the points (this will often require passing the pickups and making an extra lap around the track to get the multipliers first). See the Perfect! solution for treasure placement videos. You should get this achievement around level 7 (or level 6 if you pick up ALL the multipliers first).


PS. I was going for Perfect!, but missed 6 jewels in level 5, however I still got Score! at the end of level 6. Now I'm going to start a new game in another attempt for Perfect! (at least I don't have to worry about the Score! now).
