This is pretty easy as you can farm minor opponents quite early on in the game, like the wisp like enemies that attacks in fives as well as enemies respawning when you leave the screen and go back. Shouldn't take you no more than half an hour or so.

after 3-4 mins into game go up the ladder where two enemies standing at entrance kill them. Take right u will get life up. move left kill wisps move right then left & kill repeat u will get in 1min.
