How to unlock the Jewel Collector achievement in Touhou Luna Nights - Definitive Guide

This achievement is for finding all the jewels stack in the hidden rooms. There is 7 Jewels, 4 in the normal levels, and 3 in the extra stage available trought the white portal after beating the game.

Hi, I can't find any info on how to access these areas. Can you elaborate on how to get to the first one in Stage 1?
