This achievement do not require the extra level. All the trashcan are available in the normal levels before beating the boss.
You will always have one trashcan near a vending machine, and you will require to stop time and be positioned near the trash in order to put in.
THERE IS 2 EXCEPETIONS
1) One room contain 2 trashcan, you will have to do both. The second one is hidden behind a destroyable wall on the top right of the map.

2) The second exception is the vending machine before the final boss. it doesn7t contain any trashcan. The trashcan is actually located on the map straight below the vending machine. You will need to take a drink, stop time and rush down.

Might be worth mentioning the one in the second stage, it's the room above the portal in the bottom middle map. The trash can is partially hidden by a railing to the left of the vending machine. Easy to miss.
