After you have beaten the game, you can explore freely around the open world and finish collecting all the items. There are 3 trash cans per area and none in the bonus area. The trash cans are a little complicated to do. Every time you touch a heart station you will pick up a can and throw it. So the strategy is to touch the heart station then immediately stop time and run to the trash can. I had most luck standing directing in the middle of the trash can before turning time back to normal. Its trial and error but when the trash can turns green, you are good to go. Also quick tip the middle trash can in area 2 is behind a pillar to the left of the heart station if your having trouble location it. Otherwise I posted a map with locations to everything. This was fairly quick to do compared to other games. But once you show every item on your item screen on the top left, the achievement will unlock.
