Choose Team High Road and make sure your lineup has Cavendish, Eisel, Hincape, Monfort, and Kirchen. At 55-60 km left, place everyone at Relay MAX except Cavendish at 65%. At 30 km, attack with Cavendish and put everyone else on Follow. You should get a stage win this way. Do this on all of the flat stages and you get the jersey.
