By far the easiest jersey to get, if you look at what I said for the yellow jersey one, you would probably get this jersey too. If your rider is not going for the general classification though, just attack on all the mountain stages. Either with around 50 kilometers to go to try to win the stage, or in the middle of the stage where there are alot of mountains within 50-60 kilometers, to pick up as many points as possible. A.I. doesn't seem to be too interested to reel you in to take the jersey, so you really shouldn't have any problem.
