Play in the team mode (Pro Team), eat the two Gel's (red and blue toothpaste things in the bottom right) you will need to hold the button of the respective gel until it is empty (in some cases you may start the gel, get a bit done then have to repress and hold it seemed a bit random at times), then switch to the other gel and repeat. With the rider you control, command each of your teammates via the command tools to do the same. Fast forward to the refuel spot on a race and redo the same above. Finish the race, I always made sure I controlled my rider for the last km over the finish line instead of fast forwarding through the actual finish line (the game is picky about unlocking achievements if your fast forwarding over the finish line).
