The place I found easiest to get a gold is on Lévie
Distance 5 km
Gold - 1 ‘00”
Silver - 1 ‘02”
Bronze 1 ‘05”
Now you don’t need to actually use your brakes what so ever you can ride into the crowd as a barrier. I used brakes but this only got me to 1 ‘01”
Trying without brakes netted me 58”76 seconds.
