This trophy can be done in either Pro Team or Pro Leader. However, it's way easier to do it in Pro Team, as any of your riders can finish first for this trophy, rather than in Pro Leader where it's your rider that has to finish first.
If you have followed the roadmap and modified the rosters and rankings, select Database #1 and Amateur difficulty. Select any 6 racers and start the season. Simulate everything; as you play against modified rosters, you should be able to finish at a good place. If not, this will take a longer time to reach the top.
At the end of each season, you will earn a bonus depending on your position, and then you will be able to buy better racers. Do that every season; at the 4th or 5th season, you should have enough money to buy Pogacar or any other great racer. Once you do that, you will win the next season (if not, keep buying the best racers). Simulate everything again until your team finishes 1st and one of your racers finishes 1st on the individual ranking.
