this achievement is misable i didnt chose a name 4 my city and i cant geht the chevo now and my town is @ 135.000 -.-

When first starting Build City mode, you see two people talking to each other back and forth. After they are done talking, you’ll be asked to rename the city. Rename the city to anything, and the achievement will unlock.
NOTE: This must be the CITY name, and not the district name.
