How to unlock the Keeper of Time achievement in Tower Bloxx Deluxe - Definitive Guide
Other than skill and patience (ironic i know) there aren't many tips to impart but these are some observations I've noticed
The swing of the crane (dropping block) will speed up if you get more than 3 in a row this will help dropping blocks quickly but it messes with your rhythm... the tower will swing more wildly if you don't drop directly on top which makes it harder to match up a drop thus wasting time.
The higher you go the less time the checkpoints give you this means its crucial that you are over 40seconds by the second ring.
so in conclusion the idea is to get as many square on drops as possible you will need to adapt to the speed changes (or drop blocks on the side if you find the speed to fast) and if you get past the atmosphere and your out in space you might want to restart as the checkpoints will only net you 8 seconds opposed to the 13 seconds you start with... and with lots of practice you will achieve this (i think i must have tried this a minimum of 100 times)
You may want to go for the population builds in city build mode first to work on the skill as you will be building ALOT of towers of varying speeds.

I just got this achievement and made a lot of observations during the process that I wanted to share with you so that you do not have to play this mode 100 times like I did.
First, as I explain the process to follow, I will use the term “levels”. This basically means the space between rings of stars where you get your bonus seconds.
In order to get to one minute, you will need a combination of perfect drops, speed, and the ability to execute what I call double drops and power drops, all explained below. Every second counts, literally. You will probably fail at like 1 minute 1 second, right when you get the achievement, so if you miss so much as one second somewhere, you will not get this. Restarts will be frequent.
Note that each perfect drop gives you one extra second (this is key) and each ring gives you progressively fewer seconds as you move upwards (first ring is 13 seconds, moving downwards with each additional ring you pass).
Here’s the order of progression on what you should be focusing:
1. When the game starts, the crane will be swinging. Every time you start a game the crane swings from a different position, so ideally you want to have the game start where you can drop a block in the middle immediately. If the crane starts on the side, you could lose one or two seconds of time. Restart if this happens.
2. On the first level (before the first ring) you should focus on getting at least 4 perfect drops as each perfect drop gives you +1 second. If you don’t get those, then restart.
3. Next you should have the opportunity to do your first double drop as the tower begins to sway. This happens when the tower is off to one side and the crane is right behind it. Basically you want to double tap the A button so that you drop two blocks, one after the other. The problem with double drops is that if you hesitate for a millisecond you miss your chance to get this and the block falls to the side.
4. If at ANY time during this entire game you miss a drop, restart. You cannot afford to miss anything.
5. You MUST get a drop with every pass of the crane. If the crane passes over the tower and you miss your opportunity, restart.
6. By the second ring, you should have 42 seconds. Not easy, but with a few perfect drops and some double drops you should get this. I think I got the achievement with 40 seconds on the second ring but I kicked ass after that with tons of perfect drops so I got lucky.
7. Whenever you get to a new ring you MUST have more seconds on the clock than you did with the previous ring. If you don't then restart. You have already lost. Ideally you want at least 5 more seconds on the clock than you did with the ring before.
8. As the tower begins to sway a lot, it will be harder to make perfect drops, but you will have the opportunity to do power drops. This is where the crane and tower are swaying in sync. When this happens, start spamming the A button and you can drop up to 5 blocks in a row. If the crane is a little behind the tower, you can coax the tower back by dropping a block on the tower at the side of it to make a lopsided drop. This slows the tower and lets the crane catch up, which then puts you in power drop position.
9. Try to get 2-3 perfect drops per level. Three is obviously ideal. You will still need the perfect drops to keep your time from falling too far behind.
10. With practice you will be able to judge your progress. Say you are approaching a ring with 50 seconds and the ring will give you another 10. Well in this case you want to focus on getting one or two perfect drops right before, during or after the ring as you will need that to push you past one minute.
11. Your achievement should pop around the first or second set of clouds. If you get to the second set of clouds and have not gotten it, or you are already in space, you will NOT get it. Restart.
I got this achievement on the second ring of clouds, when it bumped me to 59 seconds, then got like two perfect drops immediately after which brought me to 1:01. It’s that tough and that precise. You will literally be fighting for every second possible, and will want to throw your controller through the TV (don’t do that). Follow my guide above and you will get this in time.
Let me know if you have any questions. Please also let me know if you have ways to improve on this guide.

For this achievement, you must reach 1:00:00 while in Time Attack. When the level starts, the time starts at 00:30:00 seconds. You must work fast; be very precise to work your way up to 1:00:00. This achievement will take skill, precision, and a lot of patience. Work your way up and you’ll reach checkpoints that are rotating stars. When you pass through these stars, your time will go up. The higher you go, the lower the time becomes, so working fast is key.
