How to unlock the Le Pigomancer achievement in Tower Princess - Definitive Guide

The location of the room is random every time. You can see it in advance by buying the appropriate Cartography upgrade.
Before going in, make sure you check under the table across the hall from Vitruvius. There is usually a potion there.
The fight happens in a number of phases.
Phase 1: Navigation
You start by hitting a switch that drops a food item onto the conveyer belts. Jets of fire come in from the sides. Jump down onto the conveyer belts, and whack the food item left and right to avoid the flame jets. You can also whack the food item straight forward to hurry it to the end, but lining it up is tricky. The game errs on the side of lateral whacking.
Put the food item in an empty pot (they are all empty at the beginning; you fill them as you go), jump across the food item and hit the switch to start Phase 2.
Phase 2: Melee
The Pigomancer will rush you with his wooden spoon. You can hit him once (with the sword) before rolling away to avoid his counter-attack. When you see him teleport away in a smear of green fire, strafe to avoid his fireballs.
The second time you go through Phase 2, fire will shoot up from the ground. Get out of the highlighted area when it comes up.
Phase 3: Dodging
Bars of fire will sweep across the room. Stay near the pots so that you have lots of time to react. I also recommend stradling two conveyer belts so that you can juke left and right.
to roll under high bars, 
to jump over low bars. I found the timing easier on the roll.
Phase 4: Free Damage
The Pigomancer will run at you again, but trip and fall on his face. Get your free damage. When your weapon stops doing damage (sword bounces off), or he starts to glow, run back to the entrance. If the conveyer belts turn back on before you get there, use to traverse them faster.
Return to Phase 1
Beating the Pigomancer on each run is the most relieable way to farm upgrade tokens.
