How to unlock the Now everyone is satisfied achievement in Townsmen - A Kingdom Rebuilt - Definitive Guide
BenightedLight is spot on but I thought I'd provide a bit more information.
Election Day is a scenario which you'll need to play a few times but potentially only complete once for the Governor-elect achievement.
There are 8 Factions to satisfy. You can only choose 3 per playthrough. There is, however, a workaround of sorts.
- play until the first set of Faction quests appears (make Save #1 here)
- complete the first Faction quest (make Save #2 here)
- reload Save #1 your save and complete the second Faction quest (make Save #3 here)
- reload Save #1 and complete the third Faction quest (make save #4 here)
Now, hopefully, between Saves #2, 3 and 4 you will see receive all the other Faction quests. You can also repeat the process after the second phase of Faction quests you complete (eg. load Save #2, complete another Faction quest and replace Save #1).
The achievement tracker, and therefore progress towards this achievement, increases as soon as you complete the task for each faction so you don't actually need to complete the scenario to unlock this achievement.
Unassign the carpenter
The Carpenter's Shop is located towards the left of town, directly below the Guard Tower. Simply unassign the single Townie there.
Fresh fish
Simply build 2 Fisherman's huts. A 100m mission timer will start around here.
Fingers crossed
Build a Sawmill.
Now you will be presented with 3 new quests for 3 of the factions. Make Save #1 here Pick your faction of choice and see the notes below.

If you've played through the game in order, there shouldn't be anything difficult about this scenario and this quest. Waiting until you reach level 40 makes things much easier as you can auto-build much of the required buildings. The bonus is applied to existing save games so you could complete the scenario as fast as you can with just 3 Factions and return later on for the rest.
Best of luck and I hope this helps!

Hopefully that makes sense. Below is a list of the requirements for each Faction. Note that there is a 100m timer on this mission.
At the start of the game, there will be a few tasks to complete before you get to the Factions. I found I didn't have to worry too much about the actual running of the town but ymmv. While it's not a required task, you should build a Marketplace immediately as it's easier to just buy many of the required items.Unassign the carpenter

This is completed through playing Election Day multiple times. You must complete the requests of each faction, including:
- Small Folk
- Nobleman
- Service
- Religion
- Military
- Merchants
- Flower Club
- Shady
Saving before the choices are revealed for which faction to support next and then reloading if you do not get a faction you need does not appear to work. These seem pre-determined by game as I attempted to reload several times.
I recommend going for this achievement after you have reached level 40. The crowns bonus really helps, especially early on because this scenario does not start with a marketplace and has no where near the amount of food you need to support the village. Remove villagers from everything that doesn't matter, too. That includes the guard towers (this is not a military map), the armory, toolmaker, etc.
Don't destroy anything, however, as most buildings are used by one of the factions. The exception to this is while working on the flower club faction. They will ask you to destroy the pig farm and butcher. However, if you destroy these buildings before the quest, you will have to rebuild them and then destroy them as the quest will not recognize that you already did so. Also, if you get military after the flower club, you will have to rebuild them to make sausages.

The scenario must be completed several times and complete the tasks of 8 factions, since only 3 tasks can be completed at a time. All of them are depicted on the trophy. You can go through the entire scenario 2a times without repeating the factions and earn experience and then complete the remaining 2e, the trophy will appear as soon as you close the quest for the 8th faction. Or we make a control save before closing the Quest for any faction and then load and select the one you need, since it is random.
