This is an incredibly easy achievment to get.
On the 4th level, "Panic at the Wall", you will start off in a battery powered tank. There are two/three turrets ahead of you.
Kill one, and the achievment is yours. This is one of those achievments that's going to be really, really hard to miss.

this also can be done on multiplayer with a boosting partner, go versus, private match online or local, put the map on a bridge to far, set the starting money on 10k, once the game starts go to your vehicle depo buy the heavy tank for £3k. have your boosting partner set up a turret (machine gun) in any of the circles, once your tank has arrived, take controll, drive over to turret, and shoot till its blown up then the achievement will pop

On the level, "Panic at the Wall" you should spawn inside of a tank. And directly in front of you is a turret. Destroy the turret for the achievement.
Note: Unobtainable on General difficulty.
