If you want both of the multiplayer cheevos this one and;
The Aggressive Investment Strategy achievement in Toy Soldiers: Cold War worth 20 pointsLaunch 4 Offensive Waves in any Versus game.
in the same level do it this way, Main menu>Versus>Private match>Online or coop
Select the level 'Isolation'
Put the start money up to 10000 (why not) and toy box on 100
When the level starts press X to select 3 waves and when the first has launched select your fourth
Grab your commando and put him on the middle large yellow coloured square, which is in the middle of the train tracks and wait for the short timer to count down for the capture.
Wait for all four waves to be deployed and finish/surrender the level and both cheevos will pop.
Note: The commando is found on a small heli-pad to the left of your toy box and to the right if you choose Soviet.
Owning only one contested build site is required so if you are doing this on-line with a friend you can both get the cheevo in the same game if playing the level 'Rupture' again the contested build site being yellow in colour.

I played the map with the mountain in the center and the 2 neutral sites on either side( forgot the name already). I occupied the eastern most site, held it until I won the game, the cheevo never popped. Not sure if it was a glitch or what, just thought I'd mention it.

Were you playing this competitively or were you boosting this with a friend or other controller?

OK this one is easy:
From the main menu select Versus>Private Match Onine or Local then sign in a second player using a second controller. Choose the level A Bridge Too Far, then Play the game in split screen.
On the second controller do nothing, on the controller with your Gamertag use the commando to capture the contested build site in the middle of the level, then send a couple of waves into the enemy base to speed up the victory. Make sure you also kill the troops that are automatically sent by player 2's side, you can use the commando for this. If you dont kill them the game might end with you losing!
You can also use split screen to get a few of the other achievements as well.

Excellent guide. One addition: if you up the toy box limit a bit, or use the second controller to destroy the first few waves you send at him, you should have time to send four waves for the "Aggressive Investment Strategy" achievement while completing this one. Sending paratrooper waves works well.

It is easiest to just pick a local versus match and use a second controller. This guide gives slightly more detailed instructions if you're confused:

On every map on Versus there is a build site that is not controlled by anyone. Take it over with a Commando/Ivan. Then build any kind of turret there. After that, beat the game to get the achievement. You can do this in Split-Screen.
