This is an easy one and more or less campaign related.
The easiest level to do this on is level 9 “Battle of the Angre”. You’ll start with a lvl3 mortar and in the first wave you can just blast the enemies as they run down the hill.
It’s easy to get but if youre having a timing issue, fire your first set of mortars just below the top of the hill right when you see enemy soldiers at the top.
