Toy Soldiers

There are 3 levels in "The Kaiser's Battle" DLC pack.

There are 5 golden cubes per level.

Most of these are easy to spot, but I will do my best to describe their locations.

NOTE: You DO NOT have to finish the entire level (every wave beaten) to have the golden cubes count. If you go back through getting some you missed just lose when you get the cube and it will save and count towards your total.

Blucher-Yorck (5 golden cubes)

1. To the right of the sniper tower (facing towards the enemy base) in the nook of a building. There is an emplacement spot near it. Use sniper tower to easily take it out.

2. The emplacement that starts out as a machine gun (closest to the enemy base) needs to be sold and built into a mortar strike level-2 to reach this cube. The cube is inside the box (go to aerial view, by clicking in RS, to easily see it). Manually fire the mortar strike and hold in the RT to guide it. You should hit it after some adjustments.

3. On top of the sniper tower. Build an air defense gun on one of the big emplacements near it and take control of it to shoot it easily.

4. Behind the sniper tower next to a small cottage (facing South if North is the enemy base). Very difficult to see unless looking through the sniper tower.

Edit: From DeaconFrost2k - this cube is on the "World Box" in case you are struggling to find it.

5. Back-right from sniper tower (If facing towards enemy base). Underneath a building across a river. Easily taken out with the sniper tower.

Operation Gneisenau (5 golden cubes)

Note: Adjust your brightness levels to help in locating the golden cubes.

1. Build a machine gun on the furthest to the right emplacement (if facing towards enemy spawn), to the right of that is a house with a golden cube near it. You should be able to easily shoot it.

2. To the far right (if facing towards enemy spawn) at your Biplane, you should see the golden cube behind a tent. Use your biplane to either shoot it or drop bombs on it.

3. North from the biplane (if facing towards the enemy spawn) there is a cube sitting right next to a large emplacement. Use your biplane to shoot/bomb it or I found it easier just to make a machine gun emplacement there and shoot it.

4. To the left (if facing towards enemy spawn) underneath the large ruler. Use your biplane to shoot it or just build a machine gun emplacement on the left-most spot and shoot it easily.

5. Directly on top of the entrance to your toybox. Use your biplane to shoot it down or a machine gun emplacement.

The Last Offensive

1. On the left (if facing towards enemy spawn) directly to the right of your bomber plane on top of a tent. Use the sniper tower to easily shoot it.

2. To the left (if facing towards enemy spawn) directly in front of the big emplacement there is an enemy barracks. On the back side of it is a golden cube. Use the bomber plane to grab this one, or a manually aimed mortar strike.

3. Hiding in the grass to the right of the middle bridge (if facing towards enemy spawn). Use the sniper tower to easily get it.

4. Far back left (if facing enemy spawn) on the top of their wall. Use the sniper tower to take it out easily. This cube is actually is in the edge of the map, so just drag your cursor from the far left side up and you will see it.

5. This one is REALLY hidden. To the right of the middle bridge (if facing towards enemy spawn) there is a big emplacement. To the right of that is a decent sized building, INSIDE that building is the last cube. Use your biplane to bomb it and you should get the cube during the assault. There are two buildings next to the emplacement, it is in the larger one (double the size of the other building).

Hopefully this helped you find all 15 golden cubes and get you the achievement!

I personally used Tandar1's guide to do this cheevo, I had to use a video for two boxes though as they were hard to find even with the good instructions in his solution. So I will be posting the video's as well as what to do when it glitches.

FIXING THE GLITCH!!!
The way to tell if it is glitching for you is when you shoot the boxes a counter will come up at the bottom right hand corner of the screen if the counter doesn't show you can't get this cheevo without the fix.

The fix comes at a cost - you have to wipe your save game, which means your leaderboard scores and progress will be gone.

From the main menu select Help & Options, then select Settings. There's an option on the bottom of the screen to press Y to reset saved game, do this.

Now if you collect the cubes, the counter will appear and you will get the achievement when you destroy the 15th one!
