The are 5 multiplayer maps, you need to win on each one of them.
These can be done in local multiplayer with two controller. Make sure to either put down some installations with the right trigger menu, or get in one of the vehicles on the map to kill some of the enemy soldiers that approach your toy box. Doing nothing risk the idle controller winning the match.
You'll win the match after enough of your soldiers reach the enemies toy box.
I imagine you can also get this on XBOX Live if you dont have a second controller.
EDIT: As kevgeotech notes the second controller need to be signed into an account, I was logged into one of my silver alt accounts on the second controller when I got it.

It should be noted that you will not only need two controllers, but two Live Profiles as well.

If I had known that you can boost this with two controllers then I would have gotten this achievement a long time ago.

Some Tricks/cheats to help win (I've won 9/9 matches due to these):
When a vehicle is in countdown mode (about 20/30 secs till it can be used again) select it with the D pad like a shortcut to override the countdown
You can drive vehicles into the enemy 'Toybox' yourself; its a bit n00by but is fair enough if you only need one more hit.
Level 3 Artillery has a long enough range to destroy some of the enemy emplacements if fired manually
Take control of Flamethrowers in choke points to get Bombardments quicker as your guaranteed alot of kills and combos

Flying in the enemy toy box with you bomber is nice too. IDK if the d-pad trick will work with the planes though.

Yeah everything is tried and tested; planes and bombers count as vehicles.
