campaign, challenges, cn_RB over to create then press cn_X, under edit tracklist i just added the first campaign map but any will do and then if u want adjust the setings then save and should pop.

Just to make it clear, you do not have to validate the tracks in the challenge to pop this.

This relies on you having created a track already, can be as basic as you like. I am assuming you have done that for the basis of this guide.
Select Campaign from the main menu.
Select Worldwide Challenges.
Press cn_R1 twice.
Press cn_S.
Press cn_X to Edit Tracklist.
Press cn_X again to add your saved track.
Press cn_O, then cn_X, then cn_X, and finally cn_X once more to save.
Trophy!
