Thanks. Just added to my favorites. Once I finish Daredevil (on the last episode now), I'm gonna use this for the achievement.

I have followed the steps in #1 but cannot locate the option to pick the track from FAVOURITES in the game. Where is it please?
I am currently trying the Trial and am unlocking achievements but have not come across the FAVOURITES menu

There are 2 options to obtain this achievement. Via ingame Trackbuilder (create a own track) or add a track from a other user to your favorites and play it.
Trackbuilder:
In the main menu go to Trackbuilder and create a new track on Canyon Grand Drift. As mode select "normal mode" and daytime.
Inside the Trackbuilder select landscape "empty" and start. As next switch via RT / R2 to "Arena" and set the startpoint to the outside of the area. After that go to "Arena Turbo" and build tons of blue turbos in sequence until you reach the end of the other side of the area.
Now go to "Arena Obstacle" and select the "ramp #123" and put the ramp after the last turbo. Switch to "Arena Straight" and build 2 #08 pieces on top of the ramp #123.
Our Track is now finished and we can test it. During the drive hold RT / R2 until the achievement / trophy unlocks. (time for everything under 3-4 minutes)
Favorite Track:
If you don't want to create the track, here is a other way to earn the achievement with my track:
1. Login to Uplay (Uplay and XBL GT must be linked!)
2. add the track from the video to your game via this link (add favorite)

3. Start Trackmania Turbo, select Multiplayer (Hot Seat or Arcade) and then Trackbuilder Workshop, switch to "Favorites" and you will see my track.
4. start the track and hold RT until the achievement unlocks.

Trackbuilder method worked great! Much more satisfying than just downloading a track.

Go to your phone or computer and login to your Ubisoft account. You may have used UPlay before. This is the same account. It belongs to Ubisoft. You don't need to create a new account. Just select the Xbox Live option and it will ask you to log in with your Microsoft account, which is used for Xbox. Login with your Microsoft Account email and password.
Click on the link from EX slay3r's guide to access an excellent map for this achievement and the ones requiring reaching 500 kmh, drifting 400 m and flying 500 m 100 times. Go under multiplayer on the Xbox One and select the Trackbuilder Workshop from any gametype. Then go to favorites.
For this achievemnet, hold through the whole strip leading up to the ramp ahead. It may take a couple tries, especially if you forget to hold and therefore slow down a little bit. Once you successfully reach a height of 1,200 m (1.2 km) you'll unlock the achievement, which is named after the game developer, Nadeo.

Not my video, but a crystal clear guide on how to get this.
Certainly helped me get the trophy, cheers to the maker!
