How to unlock the Speed Demon achievement in Trackmania Turbo - Definitive Guide
To reiterate my words from the "Part car, part plane" solution:
If you follow EX slay3r's awesome solution for the "Nadeo Space Program" achievement, then you'll be able to easily whack out both this and the "Part car, part plane" achievement pretty quickly (so all credit goes to him!).
Load up that particular track, hold down , and once you've gone past 500 metres as you fly upwards, immediately press to go back to the start and simply repeat the process, spamming to restart when you run out of credits. Your speed gauge will always reach 1000 before zooming off the edge so you'll be getting another count towards the 100 for both of these achievements in seconds.

I couldn't connect, so made my own track: one start, three turbo strips, all in a straight line. Press X to test. Once you hit 500 km/hr, press B. Rinse and repeat.

If you want to get this out of the way quick, go to track #42and run straight into the wall like I do in the clip below. Don't forget to hit after hitting the wall to repeat the run until the achievement pops.

i didnt hit the wall. seconds after landing your @ 500 i hit y right then. took 5-6 seconds per 500. got this in 5 mins (10 if from scratch) this game sucks imo so this was a great way to finish off an annoying game. id give you two thumbs up if i could.

Piggy-backing off what CandidFever3 said about the odometer going crazy while in the air (allowing you to exceed 500 several times in a single jump), here's another way to accomplish the same thing.
Again using EX slay3r's awesome track, only this time we're going to play it in Arcade Stunt Mode!
You can open 'Arcade Stunt' by going to Multiplayer, then to Secret and press (a sequence I entered randomly, but apparently all the Secret Modes are documented here: https://forum.maniaplanet.com/viewtopic.php?f=524&t=3759...).
In Arcade Stunt, while in the air, you can use the Left and Right thumbsticks to control the rotation of your car. After launching up the ramp, I went all the way left on the left stick and all the way right on the right stick. The amount of rotations and odometer freakouts allows you to conquer huge percentages of progress in a single jump.

While you're in the air, the game's odometer function shows speed readings relative to the car's direction and bases the speed on both this and your actual speed. Load up the track from EX slay3r's solution to the Nadeo Space Program achievement, a link to which is provided on the guide. Speed down the straightaway towards the ramp and use while turning to drift, a short time before flying off. When the car is flying at atleast 500 km/h and is facing opposite to it's velocity's directional component, the odometer drops straight to 0. It then picks back up to the current speed when you turn back towards your path of travel. With this method you can gain several percent's worth of progress for the achievement in one jump. One you've exceeded 500 km/h 100 times you'll get the achievement.
I have made a guide for this achievement. Glad that the trackbuilder lets you boost.
This should come naturally on your way to getting Gold on everything but if you want to have this out of the way ASAP along with
Just load up Track #49 .
This one takes you approx 38 to 40sec and you will get a 500 Meter jump, exceed 500km/h and before the finish line is also a 400m drift. So all in one go while you also work on one of the 50 Green Trackmaster Medals ;).
The Part car, part plane achievement in Trackmania Turbo worth 172 pointsJump 500 meters or more 100 times
The Time to change your tires achievement in Trackmania Turbo worth 111 pointsDrift on 400 meters or more 100 times

The very first track of the game has a more than 500m jump, then you can drift twice 400m and finally the last part let you drive at a speed of more than 500!
