If you wanna grind it, start up the Spring 2023 campaign and play track 23.
There are multiple jumps over 200 meters in it and it shouldn't take long at all to get this achievement.

I only got 72% progress but it stopped. Any help?

There are plenty of instances in the game where you will jump over 200m, so this trophy will come naturally quite early in your platinum journey. If you are desperate to earn it quickly, just make a map in the editor with some boosts and a ramp to drive repeatedly.

Quite often in each season of the campaign there are tracks with jumps of 200 meters; for example, I restarted track 2 in the spring season. You can also create certain conditions for the trophy in the editor.
