For 20 July 2020 (Look for Comment from Yuumeda)
a super easy AT but due to ice physics being changed, the first jump is nearly impossible, UNLESS you gather enough speed, 350+ will clear the jump, and it's not hard to do at all.

Roof Edges (May 26 2023) and Seasonal Sprint (May 20 2023) are also very easy ATs to beat.

Edit: Also MASSIVE recommendation against Deterministic Deep Dip, this map is the living definition of a clusterfuck. Same with Another Rainbow Road.

14 July 2020 - has a difficult cut that helps with trackmaster. Tried for 30 mins, got within .3s of AT

20 July 2020 - despite having 9999+ ATs, a change since then to boosters with icy wheels makes getting over the first jump super hard. Couldn't get over it in 20 mins of trying.

Here's a spreadsheet of every TOTD with 2500+ ATs (generally doable) in date order, 145 maps as of June 2nd.
I made a start on adding notes but it could do with more, I've disabled editing on the linked version so it doesn't get griefed but you can make a copy to your own google drive and edit it from there (File > Make a copy)

for easier grinding i've created campaigns in the game that collect the easiest ATs from each month from 07/2020 to 09/2021. from main menu select "clubs", press Y to search for "trek of the day". i've stopped making campaigns when i got the achievement though.

for the rest you can visit author-tracker.com, click an any username, sort by #of ATs and collect the maps you're missing. everything with 3000+ ATs should be doable in a reasonable amount of time.

not sure if this is posted anywhere but for March 1st TOTD (MTC - HabMichLieb Würfel) you can get a consistent setup by holding 100% right steering and gas. You should finish in about 20 seconds (20.197 to be exact), nabbing the author medal

Another Rainbow Road wasn't even too bad, I had over a second to spare on the AT, just hug the walls and use one of your back tires to bounce off walls if needed. Most of the 9,999+ tracks are a breeze with ATs that are easier than most golds on campaign tracks.

Roof Edges (May 26 2023) and Seasonal Sprint (May 20 2023) are also very easy ATs to beat.

Edit: Also MASSIVE recommendation against Deterministic Deep Dip, this map is the living definition of a clusterfuck. Same with Another Rainbow Road.

14 July 2020 - has a difficult cut that helps with trackmaster. Tried for 30 mins, got within .3s of AT

20 July 2020 - despite having 9999+ ATs, a change since then to boosters with icy wheels makes getting over the first jump super hard. Couldn't get over it in 20 mins of trying.

Here's a spreadsheet of every TOTD with 2500+ ATs (generally doable) in date order, 145 maps as of June 2nd.
I made a start on adding notes but it could do with more, I've disabled editing on the linked version so it doesn't get griefed but you can make a copy to your own google drive and edit it from there (File > Make a copy)

...posted this before I noticed you'd updated the solution with your own spreadsheet, do what you wish with mine

for easier grinding i've created campaigns in the game that collect the easiest ATs from each month from 07/2020 to 09/2021. from main menu select "clubs", press Y to search for "trek of the day". i've stopped making campaigns when i got the achievement though.

for the rest you can visit author-tracker.com, click an any username, sort by #of ATs and collect the maps you're missing. everything with 3000+ ATs should be doable in a reasonable amount of time.

the wormhole is a setup guys WATCH OUT it crashes my game when hitting the booster at the start sooo MALICIOUS

not sure if this is posted anywhere but for March 1st TOTD (MTC - HabMichLieb Würfel) you can get a consistent setup by holding 100% right steering and gas. You should finish in about 20 seconds (20.197 to be exact), nabbing the author medal

As described in Not bad for a first try trophy_bronze.png , each day the developers pick a user-created track to hold Cup of the Day on. This track is then known as Track of the Day (TotD). There has been a track of the day every day since the game released on PC in July 2020, so there the back-catalogue of TotDs was over 1000 before consoles got the game. Fortunately, with any paid access purchase, all of these tracks are available. Getting the author medal (AM) on less than 10% of them sounds trivial, but the difficulty varies wildly day-to-day. Some days you will basically get the author medal just for finishing, other days only a handful of people are fast enough.
Using the information and discussion posted in a couple of threads (1,2 - thanks mainly to Destructor-8, Beatminaz and Cruscah), the following tables were put togther of 'easy', 'medium' and 'hard' author times. Some of these ratings are entirely subjective, but there are also several 'easy' tracks that you literally just have to finish in a reasonable time to get the author medal. Generally, they are classified as easy if getting the AM in less than half an hour is reasonably expected (get the hang of the route, then refine the lines/technique needed to be fast). The 'medium' tracks may require a little bit of a time investment or use of a more advanced technique. The 'hard' ones take longer again, and are mostly ones that I enjoyed driving enough to grind out. There are a total of 100 tracks in this list, so you can skip 10 and still get the trophy. Also keep an eye out for each day's new track in game.
A few of the easy ones rely on a shortcut to be fast. In these cases, the date is a link to a video showing the shortcut. Always keep your eyes open to ways to straighten out the track - sometimes cutting across grass/dirt is faster than taking the road.
The spreadsheet created for tracking author times in the campaign also has a tab for these tracks.
