At least two controllers required. To save some time, make a quick track for this achievement if you haven't already:
Go to Local > Splitscreen and change the game mode to Laps, which is on one by default. On the big + icon add your fast track under My Tracks > My Local Tracks (or another like an easy campaign one), check it and press
to add it, then again to play.
Have both your cars finish for the achievement, a draw with the same time should be fine.

This one will require a second controller to start and can be found in the 'local' tab from the main menu. The quickest way to get it is to start a 'laps' mode race on a short track. Once both players finish (or the timer runs out) the trophy will pop.
