How to unlock the Faster than a train achievement in Trackmania - Definitive Guide

Quickest way is probably to create your own track.

If you build a straight line track that's the full length of the environment, using the green boost track pieces between the start and end points, there's enough time to reach the target speed before the track ends.

You can also do a shorter track using the yellow turbo track pieces.

You can do this easily on the 1st level. Just hold RT to increase your speed and the achievement should pop up.

In most driving games, achieving a speed of 575kmh would require a specific set of circumstances. Not Trackmania... This trophy will come naturally on almost any track in the game.
