This will pop over the course of a normal playthrough, but in case you want to grind this, see below (EDIT: Added Video Below):

This can be done at the same time as the "Hit 500km/h 100 times" achievement and not lose too much time.

Go into the Track Creator mode and, if you're JUST after the "100 Finish Lines" achievement. simply add a "Finish Gate" right after the start gate. Then go to Validate in the pause menu. Simply hold and keep tapping to drive to the finish then immediately restart. Within a few minutes you'll pass the 100 Finish Line threshold, and the achievement will pop as soon as you do, no need to quit out.

If you still need to hit 500km/h a few more times for that achievement, adding 6 Super Turbos (the RED turbo panels) in between the start gate and the finish gate will add about 3 seconds to each run, but will count towards that achievement as well.

Open up Track mania
Then make a track
With a starting point then finishing point immediately after.
Then start the track, then go to the end.
Repeat 100 times, even 1000 times [for another achievement]
