Play the Bedroom Night environment and build the track around the Christmas tree so the train can ride around it. While riding around it press A on the whistle on your train. The whistle is on the front of your train by the controls and you must be riding the train to use it.

Anyone else have trouble with this? It's not unlocking for me, followed the video exactly. Also for me, you dont have to be looking at the whistle to blow it. The A button is always the whistle.
