Play the Modern Apartment environment and build the track around to the passengers and to the station. You need to put down a platform from the scenery menu (RB) by the passengers so they can get onto your train.

As of Right Now. There are only 2 Levels with Passenger Mode Challenges
-Modern Apartment (Day)
-Bedroom (Day)
Passenger Mode generates random passengers around the room. To beat a Passenger Challenge, we simply need to find the passengers and build the train track to the passengers and place a "Platform" so they can get on the train. Then we need to connect the track to the "Station". Once you complete the track. You can pick up the passengers and drop them off at the Station.
Rinse and Repeat until you have beat all the Passenger Challenges.

To get this achievement, you must play passenger mode. You should build the correct tracks + platforms to pick up the passengers, then drop them off at the station. This will unlock 50 gamerscore.
