The rings are all on Treasure Island, which is, in fact, a sandbox island. Make sure you go through all the rings before quitting out of the island, or you'll have to start all over again. In addition to this Man in Black achievement, you'll also unlock the Boom Box, which is an accessory for any of your builds. Make some noise!
