Go to Treasure Island then Open the Gallery then search for "Sonic" and use the "Airplane" tag. Download the "Super Sonic rocket (3000 kmh)" created by peakenin.

I revised it. I forgot to mention you must be on Treasure Island so that there are no restrictions.

Go into the Steam Workshop, search "sonic" with the "airplane" tag. Find and download the blueprint "Sonic aircraft" by 1204Creeper.
