There are three training modules that need to be completed for this achievement. Each one takes about 10 minutes to complete.
1. East Coastway Introduction
2. Class 377 Introduction
3. Class 66 Introduction
These can be found under the follow tabs East Coast Railway -> Explore -> Training. The training tab will have 3/3 once all have been completed.
All three are straight forward just follow the on screen instructions.

It looks like all Preserved Collection route introductions have been broken during a recent update, making this achievement (and it's counterpart in the other routes) discountinued for now. The game asks you to switch between driver and camera modes while using the external camera, but you can't actually do that so the scenario won't progress. Dovetail is aware and will hopefully fix soon.
