There's a simple way to grind this achievement.
Start a new service (I chose TGV 5010 Marseille-St Charles which is 29 minutes since you don't stop at Aix-en-Provence), when you arrive at the final station stop at the marker, open the doors and save just before the circular progression bar is full, then close the doors and the service will end.
Reload the save and repeat until you reach 50 completed services.
Doing this will also help you with the following achievements:
The TGV: A French Connection achievement in Train Sim World 2 worth 82 pointsComplete 150 passenger boarding tasks in the TGV Duplex
However it does not work with the gold medals achievements, since it counts as a single medal for this specific timetable.
