Unlocked on the series X. Not directly but 2 minutes later when i was out of the game checking the achievements.

yep, can confirm its fine on series x. had to wait around half a minute after i collected the last one, then it popped

On Xbox One (could be PS4 also), a coal pile is missing at Crewe Yard North still. It only shows up on Series X|S.

yes this is true the PS4 version is missing the coal at crewe north I'm sure it was on PS5 version so could be a last gen problem
