How to unlock the OSD: Master Class achievement in Train Sim World 2 - Definitive Guide

Normally, you would need to complete the route introduction and the 3 loco training modules to unlock this achievement, either through The Journey or through Explore -> Training.

Unfortunately, the route introduction cannot be completed at this time. When it shows you the controls for switching to external cameras, the game will tell you to switch back to first person view. This will come with a mile marker 4.2 mi down the line. The train you are in will never reach this point and switching back to first person does not trigger the intro to continue.

This is now partly discontinued. Would advise submitting a ticket on the Dovetail forums if you would like this to be fixed.

UPDATE 2022-02-13 Per FoolsandKings the route intro in completable on the Series X. I just tested this myself and you can finish the route intro on a Series X version (would assume this is also true for the Series S, but if someone can confirm that would be great). I also retested the One/One X version and it is still not completable. So this remains partly discountinued if you have not played the route intro and you don't own a Series console.

UPDATE 2023-01-22 Confirmed to also unlock on Series S consoles.

It’s still bugged.
You can’t finish introduction scenario.

I've just completed all tasks today, 28th Jan 22, and it popped. The only issue I had was in the Intro it talks about number pads to change camera, as if it was on PC

Just as a heads up I had completed this on Train Sim 2020 and I was on a Series X, just in case that makes a difference

@FoolsandKings Just tested today and the route intro is still bugged. I'm playing on a One X.

I was able to unlock this on the Series S, it still seemed buggy but fiddling around, switching between internal and external camera and switching between camera mode and driver mode (press Y on external camera), the scenario concluded.

Thanks, I have updated the solution.

Update: Seems the port of this route on the Series consoles seems to be from the PC version (it mentions changing cameras with the number keys in the intro). So seems completable on the Series X (and probably S). Will update the solution, but this is still partly discontinued.
