There's a simple way to grind this achievement.
Start a new service (I chose TGV 5010 Marseille-St Charles which is 29 minutes since you don't stop at Aix-en-Provence), when you arrive at the final station stop at the marker, open the doors and save just before the circular progression bar is full, then close the doors and the service will end.
Reload the save and repeat until you reach 150 passenger boarding tasks.
Doing this will also grant you the following achievements:
The LGV: West of the Line achievement in Train Sim World 2 worth 120 pointsComplete 50 services on LGV Méditerranée
However it does not work with the gold medals achievements, since it counts as a single medal for this specific timetable.
